Cbaazi Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Cbaazi and its users. Cbaazi is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

These terms have been written in Bengali for the convenience of our users. However, in the event of any conflict with the English version, the English version shall prevail.

Cbaazi reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of changes via their registered email or a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

A valid account is required to access services on Cbaazi. Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory.

Registration Requirements:

• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, mobile number, and payment account provided at registration must all belong to the same person.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely the user's responsibility.
• Any suspicious login or unauthorized use must be reported to support immediately.
• Cbaazi may request additional information at any time for identity verification purposes.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, a national ID or other supporting documents may be required. If the information provided is inaccurate, the account may be temporarily or permanently closed.

Cbaazi's services are intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

Cbaazi reserves the right to verify user age. Accounts that fail verification will be suspended immediately.

The following rules apply when placing bets on Cbaazi and are equally applicable to cricket, football, tennis, and all other betting markets.

General Betting Rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If any bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue, Cbaazi will review it accordingly.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be returned to your balance.
• Any bet confirmed before an odds change will be settled at the original odds.
• In the event of any dispute regarding match results, Cbaazi's decision is final.

Live Betting:

• Odds change rapidly in live betting and may be updated right up until confirmation.
• Cbaazi is not liable for bets that fail to register due to internet disconnection.
• Cbaazi reserves the right to suspend live markets in response to changes in match conditions.

Cbaazi currently supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
• No processing fees on deposits.
• The mobile number used for the deposit must match the number registered on your account.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 2–15 minutes.
• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings from bonuses.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held in cases of suspicious activity.

Cbaazi offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which should be read carefully before claiming.

General Bonus Rules:

• Each bonus offer specifies its own wagering requirements (betting conditions).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the relevant conditions have been met.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or household is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses must be used before they expire.
• Cbaazi reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Welcome Bonus Special Terms:

• The welcome bonus on your first deposit can only be claimed once.
• Welcome bonus wagering requirements are typically 10x to 30x.
• Wagering requirements may not apply to certain games or betting markets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Cbaazi. Violations may result in account closure and full balance forfeiture.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name or details.
• Bonus Abuse: Circumventing bonus terms or exploiting them strategically.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for unlawful purposes.
• System Hacking: Attempting to compromise the security of the platform.
• Fraudulent Information: Registering with false identity or information.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your account with another person.
• Automation: Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Odds Manipulation: Placing bets at abnormal odds by exploiting system vulnerabilities.

Cbaazi reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• If verification details are incorrect or not provided.
• When suspicious or unusual transactions are detected.
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.
• At the user's own request (voluntary closure).

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user, provided no investigation is ongoing.

As part of responsible gaming, users may request a temporary or permanent voluntary self-exclusion at any time. Please contact support to do so.

Cbaazi is not liable in the following situations:

• When a bet fails to register due to the user's network issues or device problems.
• When a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment gateway.
• When service is disrupted due to force majeure events (natural disasters, cyberattacks).
• When a user's password or account details are compromised.
• Personal financial difficulties arising from betting losses.

Cbaazi's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the value of the transaction in question.

Cbaazi may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised and registered users will be notified via email or an in-platform announcement.

For significant changes, a minimum of 7 days' notice will be given before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
